Time flies when you’re having fun! On 25 November we will be clicking our pedals on for the third time already in the Proximus Cycling eSeries League! This time we are going for the Stars and Stripes in Portland in the USA.

The start of Round #3 will take place on the road towards the centre of Portland for a race of 8.9 km in length and climbs of 263 vertical metres. Be sure to save enough energy in the first kilometres on flat ground, because afterwards things promise to be very tough. After 1 km, it is time to tighten up your shoelaces and stand on the pedals for the first time for a climb that already reaches a maximum percentage of 11%!

Following this taster and 3.5 km of racing under our belts, we head off towards Washington Park where the real climbing work begins. Take one last sip of water and give the best of yourself for this 4-km stretch. Conquer the successive gradients that reach as much as 15.4% and make a speedy descent in the last kilometre to the finish at the Hoyt Arboretum.
