Goal of this session is to increase your leg speed, increase your efficiency and, if performed correctly, this will help with recovery.
• 10 minwarm-up.
• 8 min increase cadence
o Start with an easy cadence then every 2 min increase by 5 for a total of 8 minutes then
o Focus on maintaining that cadence & not bouncing on the saddle
• 2 min rest
• 8 min increase cadence
